Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Apps Covered

These Terms cover mobile apps published by KyorinthiumLabs, including Who Am I? Guess Me!, Ben Kimim?, Blockforge, LinePath, AlfaBilgi, Arcana, AiStudio: Image & Video Gen, and apps later added to the shared support site (each, the "App").

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App except as permitted by law.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and to meet the minimum age required by the app store. Some features can be used without an account or as a guest; other features may require registration or sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time (consumable or non-consumable) in-app purchases. The following terms apply:

• Title & content: The subscription title, the features or credits it unlocks, and its duration are shown on the purchase screen inside the App before you buy.
• Length & price: Subscriptions are offered on weekly, monthly, or yearly terms (and discounted/promotional terms where available). The exact price, billing period, and price per unit are displayed on the purchase screen in your local currency before purchase.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing & canceling: You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, not by KyorinthiumLabs.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and unused credits or benefits are not exchangeable for cash.
• Virtual items & credits: Credits, coins, or virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed not sold, and may expire or change as described in the App.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate scores, or interfere with other users.
• Attempt to bypass purchases, security, or access controls.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or violates others' rights.
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or third-party services.

6. User Content

Some Apps let you create, upload, or generate content (for example images, videos, text, or profiles). You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the rights to use it. You grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely to operate the App's features. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. AI-Generated Content

Certain Apps use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate images, video, audio, or text from your input. Generated output may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and should not be relied upon as professional advice. You are responsible for how you use generated content and for complying with the rights of others.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding your own user content) are owned by KyorinthiumLabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services for authentication, hosting, databases, purchases, analytics, advertising, and AI generation. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KyorinthiumLabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that harms users, the service, or our legal rights. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Apps, services, laws, or platform requirements change. The "Last updated" date shows when the Terms were last revised. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.

15. Apple-Required Terms

For Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and KyorinthiumLabs only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. In case of any App failure to conform to a warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

16. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we process and why.
